| There are certain essential remedial action, without doing which to expect an Avatar to simply remove all suffering is very foolish. Firstly, you should make an attempt to make good use of the mental and physical strengths that have been gifted to you. If you are so lazy as not to use the mental and physical strengths you have, what will you do with divine strengths? Just because God gave you enough food, for you to expect that God must help you in transferring this food to your stomach is indeed a lazy idea. You should make good use of God’s gifts of your hands, a palate, and a mouth. If you choose not to use your body, mind and mental strength in a good way, then, no one can help you! - Summer Roses on Blue Mountains, 1976, Ch 6. | |
God takes a human form to demonstrate how to make good use of our mental and physical strengths. - Baba |
