Sairam! In the year 2009, Bhagawan blessed the first batch of Sai Blossom Products. Ever since an array of high quality audio and video products and some enlightening books have been produced at the Prasanthi Digital Studio under this banner. The endeavour was always to bring the message and love of Bhagawan Baba to the homes of His devotees across the globe. And our efforts are ever towards making these products better in quality and easily accessible. To aide us in this effort a group of students from the Department of Management Studies, Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning have come forward to do a Total Quality Management (TQM) study of the Sai Blossom Products.And for the purpose of this study, the students have prepared a short questionnaire which you will find by following the link below: We humbly request you to take a few moments and participate in this survey by answering this questionnaire, for this will help us serve you better.
