Divinity is deep in the core of the consciousness of everyone. We do not keep gold, jewels and valuables in the verandahs and the quadrangles of our homes; we keep only pots and baskets there. We place our jewels in an iron safe or secure enclosure, in an inner room, away from public gaze. The body is liable to fall, rot and get burnt. When one ages, we say that one is nearing their end faster and faster. In the box called 'body' is the treasure 'Atma'. The sea keeps its valuable pearls deep down, close to the bed. It scatters cheap shells on the shore, where people can pick them. So, to get the treasure from the body, that is, to perceive the Atma, your inquiry must turn inward.
