| | | Recognising the supremacy of action, you must see that everything you do is pure and holy. Action is not limited to what you do with your hands. What you hear, what you see, what you speak and even what you think — all of these constitute action. This means that the things you see, the words you hear, the thoughts you think and the words you speak must all be pure. All that you take in through your five senses should be wholesome and pure! Only then can you have a ‘satvic’ (pure) nature. Devotion should not be confined to bhajans or exhibiting a yearning for Swami. You are the architect of your own destiny. Fill every one of your actions with devotion, suffuse them with righteousness and dedicate them to the Divine.
